About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Just got a appointment to attend as day patient in Pain Mangement surgery unit. It says to call within 5 days or appointment will be cancelled. But have rang 12 times! over course of 2 days, just goes into answering service so can not leave message. What are you suppose to do?
