What I liked
on every time i found the reseption staff on first floor unhelpfull an effort to speak to me whith any respect they are front line contact to the public they need to be assed they look stressed and unintersted one occaison they never passed an inportant message on for me i thought the first time it was a bad day for them but it was every time i came to see dentist etc the dental staff were fantastic.
What could be improved
new staff
