Scotia Ward must be the best in the NHS. Nothing too much trouble, always cheerful, explain treatment options and will consult with relatives if required. Take the time required to find out your problems, and how to resolve them. The ward, as a whole, is very clean and well maintained. It would be a credit to some 5* hotels. Only complaint is the poor choice of meals. Menu is repeated at dinner & tea. Brilliant ward & staff.
