What I liked

The Staff are always very friendly although under extreme pressure to provide an excellent service.I have been attending this hospital as well as Cheshunt Community Hospital since 1996 when I had a RTA without doubt if it was not for Chase Farm and its wonderful staff I would not have survived. A very Big Thankyou

What could be improved

There is always ways to improve, But I think that it is up to the government to allocate a lot more resources. The staff do a wonderful job as it is and to ask them to work more for the same conditions is not realistic.
