"Visit to A and E and Frank Radcliffe Fracture..."

After a visit to A and E and the fracture clinic when my son fell at school I wanted to say how polite, professional and friendly all the staff have been. The student nurse in A and E was very good at putting a very nervous little boy at ease as he had never been to hospital before. Although we waited a while I don't feel it was an unreasonable amount of time to wait as it was very busy. We had 2 visits to the fracture clinic and both times the staff have been polite and caring. The doctors explained his injury well and answered my questions giving advice on exercises we can do at home to help him. Thank you to all the staff .
