My aunt was admitted to A & E by ambulance having fainted on the bus. The paramedics in the ambulance were kind and unflustered. We were welcomed at A & E and she was very promptly given a full range of tests to ensure that no life threatening illness was present. The staff were under pressure but were kind and respectful at all times. There was always concern for her comfort and they helped a good deal with our arrangements for getting home. The NHS is providing a great service here.
