(as the patient),

Seen in respiratory clinic. Seen on time, and treated with respect and in a professional and friendly manner. The staff were polite. It was a positive experience. Thank you.

However, the waiting area was a bit cramped

Thank you for your kind comments about the staff in the respiratory clinic and that the experience you had was a positive one.
