"thank you ward 20a"

I had a total hip replacement on the 30 may 2014 .the care I received was second to none I was a little unwell for a few days but the staff on 20a made me fell safe and reassured. Nothing was to much trouble. The ward was cleam and well run staff work well together. The only problem I had was the very small bathroom no where to put anything and there was no extractor fan in bathroom it was so hot I had a panic attack the others on the ward had the same problem.
