I am now recovering from my second total knee replacement operation. As before, from consultation to post-op, I was afforded the utmost of care in all departments and at all levels by professional staff who exuded a corporate pride in their work. They were diligent in carrying out their tasks and, although invariably very busy, always ensured that patient care was paramount; noticeably, staff gave way to patients in corridors and with warm smiles invariably offered cheery greetings and, when necessary, offers of assistance. Visitors too are welcomed with similar courtesies. In essence there is a worthy team spirit throughout the hospital which spills over to patients and visitors alike. With constantly high standards throughout the hospital it would be unfair to select any staff member as being more worthy than the next. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hospital to others. My sincere thanks go to all concerned
