About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Once again our attendance at the Chest Clinic was a very disappointing experience.We got a call asking if we could attend earlier that the appointment time.So we hurried down only to wait for one hour and 40 minutes ,actually later than the original appointment.Then were seen by a Registrar who was extremely distracted and had absolutely no idea ,or didn't care,of how to talk so an older person with hearing difficulties. The nursing staff are excellent but badly let down by the Doctors and their time management. This Dept and is Doctors have a terrible reputation and rightly so.
