I thought RBH had a bad reputation, but my parents have had a number of admissions in the past year or so and I have to say I am very impressed by the level of care. The Nursing and Medical staff bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They work so hard, and still have time for relatives. Thank you.

It is unfortunate that often those people who are unhappy with a service publicly say so, whereas those who are quite satisfied don't say or aren't noticed. So we are really pleased that you have taken time to redress the balance and help us to reassure others. thank you.
