I recently wrote a review about the shocking state of communication and a severe lack of consistency at Bath Ruh following the untimely death of my beloved and adored Mum. My father and I made an official complaint in April and this was to be handled by the patient Experience Department. It is Mid June and still no arrangements for a meeting. My father phoned today and was told that nothing had been arranged as yet, although, I must applaud a member of staff who needlessly apologised on behalf of RUH and was very helpful. I have compiled a report to the media and if we hear nothing back soon I will be hitting the send button and complaining also to the Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman. The pain has not disappeared and the impact of the RUH's overall incompetence has not softened. So, the longer it is left the angrier we become. Sort it out immediately. We do not want compensation. Nothing could compensate for the dreadful treatment ( if that's what you can call it) of my Mum. Disgusting, useless and no compassion. We just do not want anyone else to suffer like an abused animal at the hands of this place.
