"Over the last 19 months since ..."

What I liked

Over the last 19 months since my heart attack I have spent no fewer than 20 days staying in the hospital and can say that every member of staff from the doctors to the nurses has been outstanding, thier level off care towards me and the other patients I witnessed was exceptional. So I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who knows me by name and has helped me through a difficult peruiod in my life.

What could be improved

I would have to say a little better quality in the food, for me the menu was good but standard of food presented could have been a little better.

Anything else?

I would recommend Queen Elizabeth hospital to everyone.
