Thank you to the staff at ICS Leeds West. Staff always listen, they are very understanding and use their skills to help in crisis situations. I found them to be compassionate and patient with me. Staff helped me to be able to cope better in stressful situations. In fact, staff seem to bend over backwards to do anything to help.
One staff member in particular, Paul, went above and beyond to help me with my difficulties. He always did this with a smile and behaved as though he cared. Staff actively seemed to search for things to do to help me and as soon as they found the smallest thing that they could do to help then they offered to act on this for me.
Staff are always willing to spend time speaking to you if you are feeling unwell or having difficulties. I did not feel rushed when speaking to them. I felt welcome to approach them at any time.
