"Waiting for a appointment"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

My daughter was referred in january for having her tonsills and adanoids out, we eventually had an appointment at the end of april, we have been told she is to have them out within the next few months but have recieved no appointment yet as to the date, i have tried ringing the dept to no avail. Whats the best number to find out when her appointment might be and should they have sent it through the post or do they ring you? Any help would be much appriciated. Georgina
