I was admitted to Ward L2 as an emergency on 4 June 2014. From the minute I arrived the care and kindness I received was excellent. They were extremely busy but I didn't feel neglected. I was kept fully informed and everything was explained clearly. If I asked a question and that person didn't know they said they would find out and get back to me and they did. Everyone, the doctors, nurses and all other staff were very friendly, kind and considerate and I felt very comfortable on this Ward. Yes it was noisy and I didn't get much sleep but, unfortunately, on a busy ward with some very sick patients and emergencies being admitted throughout the night, this is unavoidable. I would certainly have no worries about being admitted to this hospital in the future. Thank you to all who cared for me.
