"Surpassed all my expectations"

I would like to thank everyone involved in the Surgery and nursing care that I received during my stay. The quality of care is of such a high standard I cannot praise the Tyneside Surgical Services enough. My Consultant has been first class and after only two weeks since my hip operation I am making very good progress. The doctors and nurses on Level one gave me the very best nursing care, support and information regarding what to expect and explaining it in a way that I fully understood, everyone always had time to listen to my questions and went the extra mile in every way.
