"A and E dept"

Just returned from a and e dept. with my grandson ,who had pulled a air wick air fresher out of the wall and sucked on the stick inside,. We found the hospital staff really friendly and the doctor was lovely ,made us feel very reassured , I never been to the a and e here before ,on this visit found them better then the royal free , where I normally go ( my daughter went here it was more local to her ). The only thing I can say is I found the waiting area really dirty ,this wasn't normal paper dirt it was ground in dirt under chairs on the walls , being its a children's area it should be cleaned regularly.
