everything about this place is sub standard.

i have made a complaint about my lack of treatment and am still nursing a bad foot almost 3 months after entering a&e. i still havent had my foot sorted or my complaint answerd. they just dont care.
i will not be visiting this hospital again and will be having it enterd in my medical records that i do not want treating at the pilgrim ever again.
