What I liked

Reception Staff pleasant and helpful

What could be improved

One hour delay on appointment times.

Clean paper towel should have been provided before expecting new Patient to lie on couch,not doing so promotes a feeling of lack of care and hygiene of the nursing staff.

It would surely be sensible for the Patient to record any medicines being taken and allergies etc. when being weighed and measured by the Nurse prior to seeing the Consultant/Registrar.

Anything else?

Just a bit more effort in basics would make all the difference to Patients perception of Hospital services
