yes i am on warfarin and been to cliic 3 loads time but find that the waiting time for a blood test has not been improved . today monday i had to wait half hour before was called in for my inr test the tickeket window seems to stay on number for long time ,

as to my inr test which only takes few

mins to wait half hr i consier to be to long as there were plently nurses in that room doin test

this is not the first time ive had to wait before it was 3/4 hr now come on bout time kings mill got there act together patients are people

not cattle

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your recent visit. Your comments have been discussed with the department leader responsible who will look into this further. The department leader would like to provide some help in this matter and advises that for future visits you may wish to consider that whilst Mondays and Tuesdays are often very busy, the clinics on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons are generally quieter. Once again thank you for your comments.
