"Responding great to psoriasis treatment"

I have struggled with my psoriasis for over 15 years, many gp appointments and dermatology appointments have resulted in periods of mild clearing but nothing compared to the treatment given to me by Kerry. She has been fantastic.

I have not had this much resolution of my psoriasis ever and that included periods of puva treatment and creams. Also Kerry has put me on a regimen of creams that I have never had discussed in regards to my psoriasis by my GP. I'm extremely happy with the treatment and level of care and compassion shown by Kerry and am eternally grateful for her help. For the first time in a long time I feel less aware and ashamed of my skin and would definitely recommend locala to anyone with a similar history to mine.

Also I feel the care given here has surpassed the care I received at the dermatology department at the local hospital, working now myself as part of the NHS I understand the limitations and pressure upon medical staff and departments, but at the local hospital I was made to feel like just another patient. No follow up care by the same dermatologist, different nurses every appointment and no regular communication or follow up to discuss how I felt and what the next appropriate steps were.

In fact I discharged myself as I felt that the treatment offered was having no impact on my psoriasis and was actually in turn affecting my A levels as I was unable to attend all the regular appointments without impacting on my studying. Here at locala my needs and my worries were listened to and addressed and I actually felt like an individual who mattered. My psoriasis has responded fantastically and I've been very happy with the care of all staff especially my nurse Kerry.
