What I liked

The speed, efficiency and kindness of staff during the diagnosis and treatment of my condition.

I had a TIA 14/12/08 and after several diagnostic appointments I had an operation to unblock the Carotid artery 19/01/09. I am 88 and throughout the whole process all the stages were explained to me and I was made to feel totally at ease. I am now well on the road to recovery
