(as the patient),

Arrived and was very nervous about under going endoscopy. The nurse took her time to explain everything and but my mind at ease. During the endoscopy an other nurse constantly reassured me and kept me calm. Such a good experience that I wouldn't worry if I had to have this procedure again. In and out within an hour.
