Hugely impressed by the efficiency, pleasantness, effectiveness and speed with which I was seen and treated. Arriving at 2pm, being assessed, and laser surgery completed by 7pm is fantastic. The nurses and doctors who treated me were always kindly, extremely polite and helpful and despite the obvious pressures of a very busy department were ready to answer questions and offer helpful advice. My consultant was painstakingly thorough and explained every step in the laser surgery I had. How reassuring and how privileged we are to have such an NHS facility in Bristol. Thank you.
