I went to the GP to get blood tests for possible kidney pain. The GP referred my straight to the hospital. Having moved from Scotland last year this was my first experience in the English system. I was dealt with by approx 9 different doctors and nurses, all were absolutely excellent. Despite being there most of the day, I felt was seen quickly. The staff were all so lovely and communicated well with each other. I was kept informed about what was happening throughout my wait and was impressed that there was someone going about giving drinks out to patients waiting. I was offered tea/coffee on numerous occasions. I really can't speak highly enough of the staff in A&E. To be dealt with by so many staff but all be absolutely excellent was really impressive. Thanks Sarah
"Excellent care in A&E"
