About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

Although Triage was a bit impersonal the staff in A&E were very supportive & caring I cannot fault their dedication or care

Thank you for taking the time to provide your positive feedback. Your kind remarks have been shared with the General Manager and Head of Nursing for Medicine, who will cascade your comments to the staff working in the A&E department. I note your comments regarding Triage; if you have any suggestions or would like to elaborate further on this aspect of your experience, please contact the Patient Relations Department at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary, Wigan, and we would be happy to provide feedback to you.
