Reception Staff polite helpful and efficient.

Nursing staff polite and working to .

What could be improved

Outpatient appointment waiting time running one hour late. Patients not seen in order of booking in.

When in consulting room Dr spent ten minutes of fifteen minute available talking on the phone about another patient.

Anything else?

Typical experience of NHS Hospital, pretty long waits and overworked Registrars trying to cope with too many patients. But saying all this, it is still free at point of use so its a case of count your blessings.
