"Respect, support and dignity"

About: Good Hope Hospital

My mother was taken seriously ill recently and received care on the intensive care ward, ward 8 and finally ward 9 where she passed away. At all times, and on all three wards she was treated with such care and kindness you would think the staff were looking after a relative of their own. My elderly father and I too received the same high level of support and kindness - nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, whatever level and we also must give high praise for the team in the Bereavement Office who took such care of us at a very difficult time.

Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother.

I was pleased to read that your mother, your father and yourself were treated with care and kindness. We are very proud of the teams here at Good Hope and it is always lovely to be able to feedback positive comments

Thank you so much for posting your feedback at this difficult time
