I have regretfully had considerable experience of Hospitals in the last few years, Moorfield Eye Hospital was the best by a country mile. The kindness, courtesy, efficiency and professionalism were a revelation. I had come on my own, apprehensive and expecting to wait hours. I arrived just before 11am, and my tests and consultation were concluded by 12.45. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care I received. The hospital is a revelation of what can be achieved within a well structured system, manned by such dedicated and kind people.
