Wife had ultrasound scan today for our 2nd, the sonographer was very knowledgeable and efficient and gave us a great experience. But what set the appointment apart was her questions after the scans were complete. She wanted to know what we thought of the service, what worked well, what didn't, how it could be improved. She encouraged us to be open and was candid herself, and showed real desire to make the service better, and address what frustrated us. This is all too infrequent an occurrence, and she should be applauded in her efforts
