My mother has just spent 3 and a bit months at Milford hospital and she couldn't have been in a better place. All the staff there made her stay a pleasurable one, treating her as a person not just a patient. They understand the needs of elderly people and treat them with dignity and respect, and they are such a caring team. Even when my mum was at her worst the staff went the extra mile to get her through it. If you ever have an elderly relative that needs rehabilitation at Milford, don't worry they will be in good hands. I would also like to say that as a relative I was kept up to date with Mum's progress and how the treatment was progressing, and no matter what questions I asked, there was always some one happy to give an answer. Thank you to everyone. Not only is this a 5 star hospital, it's an example of how good the NHS can be.
