I am 75 years old and fell heavily at home against a trolley and I think I broke a rib as it was and is still painful. The Triage nurse was extremely good and explained everything in great detail and gave me painkillers to take home plus a useful leaflet about rib injuries. She was very reassuring and because of how we were dealt with i would not hesitate to recommend others to go to Lewisham A&E. Well done NHS. and thank you. We spent roughly 45 minutes in the department too!! and went home very satisfied
