Cannot believe what a wonderful service I have had on the NHS today. When speaking to a nurse and telling her how nervous I was and also wanting to know about the lenses I would be given, she said I could speak to a Consultant. This I did, it was the consultant who explained all the different options that were available and was very clear and professional in his manner. I also was able to speak to an Anaesthetist who talked to me about general and local anaesthetic. Thank you to them all. Very impressed.
