"Blood Test unnerving experiance"

I attended this morning for a routine blood test. Firstly when I was called the gentleman could not pronounce my name. After applying the tourniquet to my left arm he said he was unable to find a vein and proceeded to take the blood from my hand. He then couldn't remove enough blood from that hand and proceeded to use my other hand. At no time did he attempt to try the other arm or call for assistance. Will this problem impact my blood results.
