"Nutgrove villa walk in centre Huyton "

About: Merseyside

(as a relative),

My partner attended Nutgrove Villa Walk in centre today as he has been suffering with the symptoms of tonsillitis all week whilst working away. He isn't starting to feel any better so, after reading on the internet, we decided it was best he went to see a doctor as I also had been diagnosed with tonsillitis by my own doctor yesterday and given antibiotics.

When he arrived he was taken in to see a receptionist nurse who basically told him he was over it even though my partner explained he was feeling no better. They asked what tablets he had been taking but he informed them nothing he had taken had worked. They replied, oh well just take paracetamol.

He then informed them we have 2 small babies and concerned it will be passed on and they just said something like, oh well you might pass it on, yes, but you could take them to the shops and they might get it. My partner then told them we are on holiday next week and he was concerned as he didn't want us to all be abroad and not well. To which they replied with a laugh, oooohhh right, so that's why you've come in then.

I am so annoyed with this person's attitude as my partner wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary, simply antibiotics which we pay for. It's a disgrace to be treated like this at any time let alone when your not well.
