My young son was seen after a bump to the head at paediatric A+E, and was admitted to Rainbow Ward paediatric ward.

Thank you for your posting following your son's admission to Rainbow Ward and the initial wait in Paediatric A&E. We are sorry that you experienced a delay following triage as it is not what we would wish, however I note that the ward were able to reassure you and that the information and level of care given was good.
