"Excellent service"

I attended the Day Unit for Haematology at Guy's for venesections for treatment of haemochromatosis, a minor condition. I visited every three weeks for about a year, approximately. I saw the ward in different hours, different seasons, and the staff were all professional, courteous and efficient. The other patients being treated for blood transfusions and leukaemia seemed generally pleased, and when I chatted with them while waiting they were very positive.
