Omg don't know where to start I am a care manager of a residential care home I took a 72 year old lady for a m.r.I scan today 03/06/14 this is her 2nd time for a scan as her consultant was not happy with the 1st one March 14 these were both done at grimsby Diana hospital the lady I took needs hoisting this was done the 1st in March 14 but today after waiting around and moved that they had not read the letter from the consultant about using a hoist do we now have to ring hospitals to make they understand what the appointment is about not a happy lady or 2
