"Terrible communication."

I am still waiting for results from an MRI scan. No one has the decency to get back to me after I have contacted them chasing the results. Files being put in storage and new appointments not being made even though it says one is require in the notes. Being told an operation will be with in weeks rather then month and now it is months. Not being able to find out things and talk to the department due to one member of staff on holiday.
