What I liked

The fact that 2 male nurses smiled and were pleasant ...twice

What could be improved

The ward was cluttered scruffy and looked dirty

It was totally impossible to get any information from the staff.

My relative learned that he was to be transferred to another hospital when he heard one nurse hand over to another.

I asked a staff nurse for an idea of the usual length of stay for the op that my relative had had..she did not know..but one hour later my relative phoned and said that he had again heard at handover that he was to be discharged home the next day.

This lack of communication is frightening and insulting

The car parking is awful

The hospital is dirty

The switchboard staff are unhelpful and almost rude

The nursing staff and ill informed and unhelpful
