On fern ward I had a fantastic experience. I visited at least 5 times for monitoring and sweeps before being induced.
The staff were fantastic. The place despite being very busy was immaculately clean and I felt comfortable was never forgotten about or left and always offered drinks and food as required.
All the staff from consultant to midwifes and health assistants always bent over backwards to accommodate my needs.
