"Anything else?my grandson has ..."

Anything else? my grandson has been in this hospital now on and off for over 12 months.It has took them this long to actually diagnose him with c dif. He has been in for 4 weeks this time and is worse than when he was admitted. My daughter was told at 9am this morning that they needed to speak to a specialist at another hospital to ask what medication they could use. By 2pm this phone call still has not been made. The nurse told me that the reason for this is that the doctor has been in theatre for over 5 hours but yet my daughter spoke to him at 12.30. Surely you dont need to be a surgeon in order to make a phone call.
