"Waiting 5 months from referral from GP to seeing..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

I'm totally shocked that my daughter had to wait from seeing her GP in November and finally getting an appointment in April. Then the doctor messed up with scan forms so she had to go back a week later for these done (11thApril) Still to this day 5/6/14 no results back. She has since been recalled for a bubble test which nobody had told her,the staff just said it was a test for a whole in the heart which had never been mentioned before so she is now panicking there is some thing wrong with her, I will defiantly be contacting PALS.
