"Results are 2 weeks late"

About: Southmead Hospital Southmead Hospital Bristol BS10 5NB

I attended this hospital in May 2014 and my consultant reassured me that I would receive my blood test results in the post. This was over 2 weeks ago and I live in the same city as where the hospital is. Absolute disgrace.
