"Thank you to all on Ward E"

I returned home last night after a 4 night stay on Ward E following a knee replacement and I wanted to let you know how fantastically I was looked after. All the staff on the ward were kind, courteous and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They answered and, if necessary, dealt with all my queries and concerns and at no time was I made to feel a nuisance. They all worked hard but always seemed to have time for a smile and a kind word. Although knee replacements are very routine at the NOC, it was a very big deal for me and I felt so well looked after. Another huge thank you, of course, has to go to the surgeon and his team. I arrived in outpatients on Friday morning for a routine check up and landed up in theatre at 4.00 the same day having surgery. To them, the staff in X-ray, the physios, the OT ladies, the porters and everyone I came into cotact with - a huge thank you.
