"Efficient A&E department"

I was pleasantly surprised by a very prompt and efficient service from Moorfiels City Road A&E department in comparison to many other London hospitals that I have attended over the years, this should be a benchmark for other hospitals that are inadequate in running other departments well done! Although there were some 75 patients waiting with a waiting time of 5+ hours I was seen and back home within 3 hours, thank you, just a pity that I couldn't be seen at my local Moorfields Ealing.
