I was referred by my GP for an x-ray at the New Victoria hospital in Glasgow today. On my journey over to the hospital I anticipated sitting around for ages waiting to be seen. The reality was very different. I handed my referral form to the receptionist and was asked to sit in the reception area. Within a couple of minutes my name was called and I was shown into a changing area and advised of the process and then called in for the x-ray. It took around 10 minutes from entering the hospital to leaving it. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and professional.
"Pleased with x-ray appointment"
