"Pleasant hospital"

About: East Riding Community Hospital

The building is very fresh and clean. the ward staff on the whole are friendly and attentive although one senior nurse looked messy, appeared uninterested and yawned constantly! The one confusing thing is the amount of different uniforms. They all are in similar nursing type uniforms which makes it difficult to tell who is a nurse or a cleaner. The care assistants appear to be run ragged whilst the trained nurses do not seem to get their hands dirty. I say this as I am a trained nurse myself.

Thank you for your comments and taking the trouble to share your experience with us. Regarding your comment about the uniforms being a little confusing, we are currently looking at the possibility of creating a board in the hospital to show what the different uniforms mean.
