What I liked
Out of hours staff have been very helpful, and pleasant. Shame it is such a battle to get an appointment with them.
What could be improved
Communication between doctors, nursing staff and other doctors seems to be virtually non-existent. I get the impression that nursing staff are discouraged from speaking to doctors to inform them of when/where they are needed.
